Helen's Thai Yellow Curry: My husband Tony and I fell in love with Thai food the first time we tried it. We were especially fond of the exotic spices in yellow curry. My goal was to reproduce the same delicious flavors without the added shrimp paste, MSG or additives. After years of refinement, my son's wife and I developed our own simmering Thai Yellow Curry sauce that blends authentic spices and ginger & garlic with rich coconut milk. Served with colorful portions of bell peppers, green broccoli and sweet red onions, this award-winning meal will hopefully become your family's favorite too. Helen's Story: As every mother knows, it's not easy to get your family to eat wholesome meals, let alone that green stuff on their plate. So i had to be creative in developing recipes that incorporated organic grains and veggies that not only tasted great, but were quick and nutritious for my active and busy family.
