Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil is particularly indicated for salad dressing, pasta dishes, vegetable soups, bruschette, tomato sauces, hard boiled eggs and steamed chicken breasts. Use only a few drops on your prepared dishes to obtain a full flavour. In the Monini product range it is possible to find the most authentic and traditional flavours of the Italian cuisine. Oil may become cloudy at less than 50 degrees F (10 degrees C). This is normal and the oil will clear on warming.
